I’m studying at UALR and play volleyball there. I just finished my sophomore year so I thought it would be fun to show the progress I made in those two years.
I had room to grow and I had a lot of help from the whole coaching staff. The season is from July till around November. During that time we practice 5-6 days a week and we have two games. We also have weights, but only two times a week just to keep up with your muscle.
During off season we do conditioning and weights. This time is to get better and make big changes. Every time we had off season I changed as a player (in a good way). I started to lift more weight, I started to run faster and I started to jump a lot higher.
