As we are all living this new life of #QuarantineLiving studying can get a little hard to focus on. From relocating, loss or decrees of income, home schooling your children/siblings, or moving back home with mommy. There are days we are soaring like the majestic wings of an eagle and other days we are lost in unknown sinking sand. No day is the same, normalcy is now depending on you. Day to day we are now adjusting to what is now new. Having some moments of depression and anxiety just for an assignment. Words like projects and exams now sound like nuclear bombs exploding in our brain space along with sorting through scrambled up relationships, invade space by family/roommates, and overwhelming finical obligations. How do we find the norm, where is the norm, what is the norm? In a pandemic the norm becomes you! It is no longer outside sources only pushing you, because they are limited. The responsibility is now totally on you; to make the best choices for the pieces of life you need in your room. So physically move the furniture to your liking, finally use the expensive calendar you purchased at beginning of the semester, and put up a positive to do list. Marking them off with hearts, and little cute squiggles. Go for a walk or just simply sit on the ground and meditate on the breeze chanting, “good news, good news, good news, I’m pushing through, good news, good news, good news”!
